Lotty Café is founded in 2012. Our roastery focus on the technology that combines science and art, which affects the flavor and taste of coffee. Through different temperature curves and time control, our roasters can bring out the best flavor of the beans. From light to dark roasting, it offers different sour, sweet, bitter and rich flavors. Precise roasting can give each cup of coffee a unique flavor, satisfying the preferences of different coffee lovers. We specialize the beans from all over the world.

Lotty Café is a team of excellent baristas, whom are always on their feet to advance, continuously grow through innovation and dedication to excellence. Our roast master is SCA world-wide certified.
Our baristas are skilled, and trained to bring about a cup of coffee with great and memorable taste through techniques.

從生豆的第一次挑選，到烘好的咖啡豆二選，費時地將瑕疵豆挑出，不外就是希望呈現出來的成品都可以讓您嚐到來自各莊園, 產區之咖啡豆背後的風土和其處理方式帶來的珍貴風味。

Lotty Cafe is a Roasting House/Coffee Shop, where we deliver quality coffee to our customers.
We hand pick our green coffee bean and roast our own coffee beans to provide a clean, refreshing cup of coffee in hopes for everyone who visits our shop to have a memorable, and great tasting experience with their coffee.
We wake up every day to a whole new world, sometimes endless tasks, and just sometimes all it takes is a cup of coffee to make the day a little better.
